We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninstalled, with all parts and accessories included, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping costs if the product arrived damaged or if an incorrect item was sent to you due to an error on our part. In all other cases, including changes of mind or ordering the wrong size/color, the return shipping fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@galaxylighting.us with your order number and reason for return.
Do not send any items back without prior authorization. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Unauthorized returns sent to our corporate office at 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000 #27384, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@galaxylighting.us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To help us evaluate the issue and make it right quickly, you must provide clear photos of the damaged product and a close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number clearly visible.
Once you report a damaged or incorrect item, you will have two options:
Option 1: Refund
If you choose a full refund, our team will first review the photos you provided. Once your claim has been reviewed (typically within 48 hours), we will get back to you with detailed return instructions and the exact return address for your item. Since the issue is due to an error on our part, our company will fully cover all costs associated with returning the product. After the returned item has been received and the damage has been confirmed by our quality control team, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Option 2: Replacement
If you choose a replacement, a new product will be shipped to you immediately without waiting for the damaged item to be returned first. We will still ask you to return the damaged product afterward so our team can carry out a quality control inspection. As the error originated from our company, we will bear all the shipping fees associated with returning the original item. In this case as well, you must provide clear photos of the damaged product and a close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number clearly visible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. If you have requested a product personalization, such as custom suspension lengths or a bespoke electrical mounting adapted to your interior, we will not be able to refund these personalized products.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
